1. Living Skills

‘Building my Everyday’

A practical program designed to teach essential life skills for greater confidence in daily life.

It covers key areas such as establishing daily routines, developing social skills, cooking simple meals, cleaning and maintaining personal spaces, practicing good personal care, understanding basic money management, and staying safe at home and in the community. The program supports learners in building the foundations needed for everyday living through hands-on activities and real-world applications.

I have enjoyed all aspects of being at LYW this year. I feel much more confident in myself and how I am able to express myself and not be judged.
